Quality & Compliance
Our Quality Standard
Lab‑tested formulas for performance and stability.
Controlled batching & lot tracking for every production run. Raw‑material specifications and approved suppliers list. Clear directions & dilution (where applicable) on labels and spec sheets. Bilingual labeling (AL/EN) available for all SKUs. Support you can reach for audits, tenders, and technical questions.
Safety Data Sheet
Covers hazards, first aid, handling, storage, exposure controls, transport, and disposal. What you’ll find: product identifiers, classification (CLP/GHS), hazard & precautionary statements, composition, PPE guidance, spill response, and transport info.
Technical Data Sheet
Provides a practical overview of the product’s intended applications and operating conditions, detailing appearance, typical pH range, and key physical properties (e.g., density/solids where relevant). It specifies recommended dilution ratios by task, application methods (spray, mop, autoscrubber), and expected coverage per litre, and clearly lists compatible—and restricted—surfaces. Performance characteristics and limitations are summarized alongside basic handling/storage notes, PPE guidance, and cross-references to the SDS. Designed for shift training, toolbox talks, and quick on-the-job reference for supervisors and staff.

Certificate of Analysis
A batch-specific certificate that verifies the product met all release specifications at the time of manufacture. It lists the lot number and production date/time, the manufacturing line (where applicable), and the full set of QC checkpoints—including pH window, appearance/odor, and, when relevant, density/solids, viscosity, and packaging integrity/label check. The document records pass/fail outcomes, notes any allowable ranges, and includes the QA reviewer’s name, signature, and release timestamp to confirm conformity. Retention samples from the same lot are archived for traceability and future comparison, and a PDF copy of the COA can be provided on request by referencing your lot code or invoice.
